جیم لایتون (به انگلیسی: Jim Leighton) (زاده ۲۴ ژوئن ۱۹۵۸) بازیکن فوتبال اهل اسکاتلند است. او در پست دروازه بان در سال‌های ۱۹۸۲ تا ۱۹۹۸ در تیم ملی فوتبال اسکاتلند در ۹۱ بازی ملی حضور داشت.
