This was the classic introduction to linear passive circuit theory used at the sophomore level at MIT for many years.
I am unaware of any other book that lays out the fundamental ideas with the clarity of this work.
Mastery of these fundamentals (scaling, topological transformations, etc.) can make circuit analysis enormously easier and is an excellent preparation for learning synthesis of active and passive circuits.
