When the time comes for you to decide to quit Smoking, it is truly a time to celebrate. This decision shows that you have decided to stop being a slave to addiction and are going to take back control of your body and your life. This decision is much harder to make than the decision to start Smoking and knowing how to successfully break the habit means you need to take some time and weigh all of the options.
Though you’re probably feeling zealous and want to quit Smoking tomorrow, it is realistically a much more effective plan to pause and prepare a strategy. If you create a system with well placed goals and heavily contemplated planning your chances for success will be much greater than if you rushed into everything. On rare occasion, it is most beneficial to spontaneously take a chance and see where it takes you but this is not the recommended path.
