The ruling elites have tried to preserve profits
through state intervention. But the attempts to

public debt crisis has been unleashed and
dramatic austerity measures are being

We are also facing a changing world economy.
There is a partial recovery in Latin America and
Asia, but this is not the case in the advanced
capitalist countries, particularly those in Europe,
