Mary Derbyshire has taught aerobics and fitness for thirty years and is certified by the American Society for the Alexander Technique (AmSAT). She has been teaching the Alexander Technique since 1995 and has taught everywhere from Dublin, Ireland, to Chicago, Illinois.
Derbyshire currently teaches in Little Compton, Rhode Island. She is passionate about helping people move easily well into their senior years.
