Deterministic Mathematical Models in Population Ecology fills a significant gap in the literature on population demography by exploring the mathematical side of this subject in great detail rather than taking the biologically oriented viewpoint. The focus of this new monograph is primarily on the dynamics aspects of mathematical ecology as they are derived from autonomous ordinary differential equations.
