Oh my gosh. That is pretty much all I have to say about this book.

I read the first chapter carefully one night, which was on tactics using one rook, so mostly back ranks. The next day I went to a team match and in the "skittles" blitz game I played before hand I saw a winning back rank tactic that I know I saw thanks to this book. So the first game I played after reading the first chapter, I already won a game thanks to the book! Amazing!

I am continuing to read the book, and it is absolutely incredible. As the other reviews said, the author is easy-going but extremely informative. I have read many other chess tactics books and I have never, I mean never, seen one that is as instructive as this one. I know it is over a 125$ as I write this review. I didn't purchase this book myself, but I borrowed it from a friend. I fully plan to purchase this book as soon as I can though, and it is completely worth the price. Dollar for Dollar, this will increase your rating and strength more than any other book I have seen (being many).

Well yeah, It's a great book. Just buy the expensive ones so that I can buy the less expensive ones when I do :).
