I really really enjoyed this book.
simple, easy, and direct. Very pithy style passages that deal with a very important practice.
the only draw back is that there is no glossary in the back of the book.
there are a bunch of words and phrases from the Indian/Hindu culture that i am not familiar with. i spend quite a bit of time on the internet looking up the meaning of the phrases.

سوامی شیواناندا (به هندی: स्वामी शिवानन्द सरस्वती) در سال ۱۸۸۷ در جنوب هندوستان به دنیا آمد. او که به خدمت به بشریت علاقه‌مند بود در رشته پزشکی تحصیل کرد و چندین سال در مالزی به پزشکی مشغول شد.
