A common theme I’ve observed with this demographic is a general lack of mobility. This often leads to aches and pains, as well as physical limitations. Men naturally have a lower propensity toward flexibility than women, and if you’ve spent most of your life sedentary, that’s likely made things worse.
Without a full range of motion, even basic strength training exercises like squats and push-ups can’t be fully utilized. Forget about doing the advanced stuff. That’s why I created this program.
